Which stone for which angel?

Celestite, seraphinite, angelite… Stones with evocative names. But do they really have a connection with the angelic world? Indeed, what could be further apart than an angel and a stone? Yet, together, they unite the celestial and the earthly, light and matter, the subtle and the dense. Although some claim that, throughout history, certain stones have been associated with each of the angels, there is no mention anywhere of any link between the celestial world and the mineral world.

However, ancient traditions – whether sacred or magical – associate stones with higher intelligences. Consequently, based on the coloured vibration emanating from each archangel, the following associations can be suggested, though everyone is free to follow their intuition…

MICHAEL - Protection, truth - Lapis Lazuli, Labradorite

GABRIEL - Intuition, messages - Moonstone, selenite.

RAPHAEL – Healing, regeneration, vitality – Emerald, green aventurine

URIEL - Wisdom, enlightened consciousness - Amber
